Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage high volume of customer calls to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
· Resolve customer issues in accurate and timely manner Maintain and update documents related to customer accounts and business reports.
· Coordinate calls, meetings and communications between management and customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
· 2-3 years of experience ( preferred ).
· Fluent in English.
· Computer skills.
· Availability to start within two weeks.
