EgyBell Is Hiring... Retail Lease Administrator: Responsibility for: Executing the tactics of the AFGRE Leasing Admin strategy that is aimed at meeting AFGRE’s overall objectives. The accurate completion of paperwork of current and prospective tenants. Updating of data into SAP Handling Registration and Issuance of Ejari Certificates Preparation, review and issuance of Lease agreements/ Legal Documents Responsibility of all Arabic Leasing tasks Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Degree or equivalent level of education in any discipline preferable but not mandatory, dependent on previous experience and aptitude. 3-4 years’ experience as a Leasing Administration professional You will also ensure that you: 1. Are familiar with a variety of the leasing field's concepts, practices, and procedures. 2. Consistently apply your experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. 3. Job requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience with an emphasis on facilities, hospitality or property management.

Experience in managing a facilities/operations team with basic experience of mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems)

Qualifications:

- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences.

- Ability to meet deadlines and make decisions.

- Ability to perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations.

Electro-Mechanical engineer based in Cairo for a mission for at least one year.

- Engineer electro-mechanical HVAC with 8 Years professional experience.
- Experience as project manager / purchase familiar is required.
- In charge of the equipement's purchase

- Follow-up engineering, factory, relationship with the supplier, project reporting, financial monitoring, planning follow-up, documentary production), and provide support for all issues related to the supply of the equipment.
- Main mission is to work the ventilation system in tunnels
- Field Experience and theoretical experience
