Job requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience with an emphasis on facilities, hospitality or property management.

Experience in managing a facilities/operations team with basic experience of mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems)

Qualifications:

- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences.

- Ability to meet deadlines and make decisions.

- Ability to perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations.
